While Teochew version features clear soup with peppery taste, Klang version has thick, cloudy soup with herbal taste. In our lion city, clear soup is more popular than the herbal soup. This set of work is made using oven-baked clay, as the texture of the pork rib took me 1 least an hour to draw out and piecing them together.
